Engineer will participate in network deployments, implementing servers and  workstations, backup systems, power management solutions (UPS), establish, support and maintain Internet connectivity, PC configuration, PC troubleshooting, and provide general user support.

Requirements: Support level knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, networking workstations in a Windows network environment.  Installation and configuration of applications for a network environment. Working knowledge of Windows 2000 server or higher server and basic administration is required.

Structured problem solving skills are essential. Our clients will present you with technical problems and challenges you've never seen before. You won't be expected to know the answer, but you will be expected to find a way to resolve the issues using: your reasoning skills, resources on the web, through support software, and the NBS technical support team. Detailed documentation of services provided and methods used is standard part of work product you will be expected to deliver.

Reliability, responsibility, and ability to follow-through are key attributes we are looking for.
